Tell us about your background
The beginning of my career started in finance where I worked at Morgan Stanley for over 12 years. After having my two children I was fortunate enough to pivot into the cybersecurity start up world. Sentra is the fourth Israeli cybersecurity company that I have had the pleasure to be a part of.
Why did you choose to work at Sentra, and when did you join?
I joined Sentra in August of 2024. I had taken some time off to consult and determine my next role. The opportunity and the people at Sentra made it impossible to refuse!
What is your role and what are your responsibilities?
I am the head of field marketing and my responsibilities include creating our quarterly field event strategy, plan and execute all Sentra led and third party events, work with partners, customers and sales team to continue to showcase Sentra’s presence in the Data Security world.
What advice do you have for people getting started in your field?
Have an open mind and be ready to jump in with both feet. Marketing is a wonderful career in that it can take you in many different directions. With field marketing specifically you have to be extremely organized, communicative and solid under pressure.
What’s the best thing about working at Sentra?
Definitely the people. I had the great opportunity to travel to Israel a couple of months ago and it really solidified my decision to join this growing company. The collaboration and the glaring fact that everyone here is working toward the same goal together is amazing.
Can you tell me something surprising you discovered while working at Sentra?
I found that everyone was so helpful and collaborative when I first started and it was surprising to see how engaged everyone is.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you choose and why?
I would live by the ocean (I’m not sure which one at this juncture) but beginning and ending every day with a walk on the beach feels incredibly peaceful.
What's on your professional 'bucket list' that you'd like to accomplish in the next 5-10 years?
I’m not sure for the next 5-10 years but in the interim I am super excited to be a part of such a successful, fast growing organization and I can’t wait to see what the next few years brings at Sentra!
